AFE Construction was founded in 2002 by Monica Arbuckle, a Civil Engineer and husband, Tommy Arbuckle, an Electrical Engineer both graduates of Prairie View A&M University a Historically Black College and University (HBCU).

 

AFE Construction is a certified Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB), Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), Small Business Enterprise (SBE), Business Enterprise Program (BEP), Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) company and has become a leader in central Illinois.
